Word of caution with the unbranded batteries. I thought the same a couple of years ago and, a few months ago now, they and the charger exploded. Worked fine for two years or so up until that point. Be careful.

Needless to say, now I only use official Canon batteries.

Interesting.. I’m planning on building a machine for production and would love os x installed ( my MacBook is getting too tired) I’m a Linux nerd but let’s be honest, it’s just not convenient for design and production.

I have a question, does this run stable enough to be able to “work” on it? I love a hobby but this would mainly be for working…

I heard. I haven’t gotten mine to run 10.6.8 but it looks promising, along with Lion as well.
